Your First Visit
After spending a short time relaxing in our waiting room, you’ll be escorted to the back of our practice. One of our team members will go over your dental and medical history with you before taking X-rays of your mouth. Dr. Mooney will take the time to discuss your smile goals and current dental concerns with you, and he’ll put together an individualized care plan once he’s had a chance to closely examine your teeth and gums. After we’re done planning our next steps, our helpful front desk team will help you schedule your next visit.
Patient Forms
Filling out paperwork while having to juggle a clipboard, a pen, and an insurance card can add a bit of stress to your first visit.
